This position offers the opportunity to be trained and promoted into a Server role, so we are looking for someone who is motivated to develop their skills and take on more responsibility over time.

This is also a tipped position, meaning you will have the chance to earn tips in addition to your hourly wage.

Responsibilities

- Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guests efficiently, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
- Assist servers by refilling drinks, clearing tables, and supporting guest needs to enhance overall service flow.
- Ensure food safety and proper handling procedures are followed during food transportation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of service stations, dining areas, and kitchen support spaces to uphold hygiene standards.




- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate timely food delivery and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Support in food preparation tasks when needed, including plating or garnishing dishes under supervision.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling with accuracy and professionalism.

Experience

- Previous food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with guests and team members.
- Experience working in a restaurant setting, including serving, food preparation, or cashiering roles.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Hospitality or hotel experience, barista skills, or guest services background are advantageous for success in this role.
