JMC Aviation is currently recruiting for experienced Aircraft Mechanics to join an established aviation operation in Kelowna, British Columbia.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced mechanic to join a busy maintenance environment, working on a range of commercial and specialist aircraft. We are looking for candidates with a strong hands-on maintenance background and, importantly, experience working on B737NG, B737 MAX or Lockheed L-382 Hercules aircraft.

The Role

As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of maintenance, inspections, repairs and modifications to aircraft in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and regulatory requirements.

You will work as part of an experienced maintenance team, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs and modifications
- Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical and aircraft system defects
- Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with approved manuals and procedures
- Carry out inspections and ensure aircraft are maintained to the required standard
- Accurately complete maintenance documentation and records




- Work safely and effectively as part of a wider maintenance team
- Ensure all work is completed in line with applicable regulatory and company requirements
- Support heavy maintenance and other aircraft maintenance activities as required

About You

To be considered for this position, you will need:

- 3+ years of aircraft maintenance experience
- Hands-on experience working on B737NG, B737 MAX or Lockheed L-382 Hercules
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working within a regulated aviation maintenance environment
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A positive, reliable and qualified approach to work
