Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled General Construction & Maintenance qualified to oversee and execute a wide range of building, mechanical, electrical, and facility maintenance tasks. Duties

- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across construction, electrical, mechanical, and facilities tasks
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, and structural components
- Execute repairs using welding techniques and interpret schematics for accurate diagnostics and solutions
- Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation systems management and troubleshooting
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software to schedule work orders, track maintenance history, and manage inventory
- Lead safety initiatives by ensuring compliance with safety protocols during all maintenance activities
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute large-scale construction or renovation projects with precision and efficiency




- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, including schematics, technical reports, and maintenance logs
- Mentor junior staff and oversee subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in construction or facilities maintenance environments
- Strong electrical experience with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems effectively
- Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing or industrial facilities operations
- Skilled in welding techniques for repair and fabrication tasks
- Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation control systems
- Experience using CMMS software for maintenance planning and record keeping
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and mechanical diagrams accurately
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team collaboration
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 50.0 per week
