Damara Day Spa & Medical Aesthetic is growing, and we're looking for skilled, licensed estheticians to join our team as Independent Contractors (IC) across our four Regina locations - Harbour Landing, Greens on Gardiner, Hotel Saskatchewan, and Delta Hotel.

This isn't a typical spa job. As an IC with Damara, you set your schedule, grow your own client base, and earn commission that reflects your skill level and experience - all within one of Regina's most established and trusted spa brands.

What You Earn

Commission: 25 – 40% - based on your skills & experience

Base Draw: $250 / Wk. - guaranteed income floor

Tips: 100% - always yours, no exceptions

Your starting commission rate is determined at onboarding based on your current certifications and skilled experience. As your credentials grow, so does your rate up to 40% for Senior-level practitioners with multi-area expertise.

What We're Looking For

You hold a valid esthetics certificate/diploma and are certified in our core services:

● Swedish massage

● Classic facial

● Manicure & pedicure

● Shellac manicure & pedicure

● Waxing

Availability Commitment

ICs must commit to a minimum of 30 hours per week. This ensures consistent client coverage across our locations and helps you build a strong, loyal clientele.

Additional certifications are recognized and rewarded. Lash services, advanced facials, hot stone massage, body treatments, chemical peels, deep tissue, and other specialty training all contribute to your commission tier placement.





Commission Tier Overview

Foundation 25%: Core certification - Swedish massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, shellac, waxing

Certified 30%: 1+ year experience · 3 or more specialty certifications

Advanced 35%: 3+ years experience · Advanced modality training

Senior 40%: 5+ years experience · Multi-area expertise

Commission on retail for all tiers.
