We’re seeking a full-time Window Tint Installer to join our fast-paced and professional team. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role that requires experience, precision, and a strong understanding of how to install automotive window film cleanly and efficiently on a wide range of vehicles. You will be responsible for prepping, installing, and inspecting window tint applications to ensure top-tier results. Key Responsibilities - Accurately install automotive window tint on a wide variety of vehicles - Properly prep, clean, and inspect glass surfaces before installation - Install film with clean edges, consistent coverage, and minimal to zero contamination - Perform accurate shrinking and shaping of film on curved automotive glass - Install tint on complex windows including windshields, rear windshields, quarter glass, and frameless windows - Properly remove existing window tint when required - Work with a variety of automotive window films, including dyed, carbon, ceramic, and premium films - Follow manufacturer specifications, film handling procedures, and internal installation protocols - Inspect completed installations for bubbles, contamination, creases, fingers, peeling, and improper edges - Make necessary adjustments or corrections to ensure a high-quality finished product - Keep the work area clean and tools properly maintained - Communicate with other installers and management to coordinate workflow and timelines - Handle high-end and customer vehicles with care and professionalism What We’re Looking For - Minimum 2 years of hands-on automotive window tint installation experience - Proficient in heat shrinking and installing film on complex curved glass - Strong knowledge of automotive window films, tools, and installation techniques - Excellent attention to detail — no tolerance for bubbles, contamination, creases, peeling, or sloppy edges - Able to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality - Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines - Professionalism and respect when working around clients, vehicles, and teammates - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Nice to Have (Assets) - Experience installing premium ceramic window films - Experience with windshield and front windshield film - Experience removing old window tint - Experience with vinyl wraps, PPF, Ceramic Coatings, Paint Correction, or detailing - Familiarity with plotters and pre-cut window tint software - Experience with major tint brands such as XPEL, 3M, Llumar, SunTek, FormulaOne, or STEK - Brand certifications - Portfolio or examples of previous tint installations What We Offer - Competitive pay — salary based on your skill level - Consistent workflow with high-end and exciting projects - Clean, well-lit, climate-controlled studio environment - State-of-the-art tools and equipment - Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing, forward-thinking company - Supportive and motivated team culture Stylemaster is committed to quality, creativity, and professionalism.
