Imperial Fence is a well-established and reputable unionized commercial fencing and guide rail contractor servicing all of Ontario.

Our team of reliable and professional skilled fence installers are well versed in all aspects of fencing and guide rail installation and repairs.

We believe that high-quality workmanship and project efficiency are the two most important aspects of a project. We pride ourselves on having qualified tradesmen as part of the team, which allows us to complete any type of project.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who possesses attention detail and the ability to multitask with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to accurately interpret project plans and specifications

- Strong proficiency in construction estimating software – Bluebeam, AutoCAD and Microsoft office

- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to create shop drawings





- Provide quantity takeoff and pricing for projects

- Prepare and submit competitive bids to clients within specified deadlines.

Requirements

- Must be able to prove proficiency in excel software

- Must be able to prove ability to read drawings and specifications

- 2 years + in Construction Estimating

- Fencing or Landscaping background considered an asset

- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Must have excellent organizational, administrative, communication and interpersonal skills
