Buena Vita Therapy is a virtual psychotherapy clinic providing accessible, evidence-based mental health support to adults across Ontario. Our practice specializes in high-functioning anxiety, corporate stress and workplace burnout, relational boundaries, and trauma.

We are looking for an autonomous, fully licensed Registered Psychotherapist (RP) to join our growing team. As a virtual contractor, you set your own schedule and build your caseload at your own pace while we handle marketing, brand acquisition, and administrative infrastructure.

- Targeted Inbound Referrals: Client acquisition driven by ongoing search engine marketing and Ontario-wide Google campaigns matching clients to your clinical expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Provide evidence-based individual psychotherapy to adult clients virtually across Ontario via Jane Telehealth.




- Conduct initial clinical intake assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans.
- Apply evidence-informed modalities suitable for adults, professionals, and individuals navigating anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, or trauma.
- Maintain timely, PHIPA-compliant clinical documentation in Jane App within 48 hours of each session.
- Manage personal scheduling availability within the clinic's online booking portal.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- CRPO Registration: Must be a fully licensed Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. (Note: We are not accepting RP Qualifying clinicians at this time as external clinical supervision is not provided).
- Insurance: Active Professional Liability / Malpractice Insurance ($2,000,000 minimum).
- Clinical Asset: Training or certification in EMDR (completed or in progress) or trauma-informed somatic modalities is a solid asset.
- Remote Setup: Dedicated, confidential home office space, reliable high-speed internet, and reliable computer hardware with webcam and microphone.
- Clinical Focus: Experience working with adult anxiety, workplace burnout, perfectionism, or boundary issues.

Pay: $110.00-$162.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5.0 – 25.0 per week
