About the Role

Heartwell Home Care Services Inc. is looking for a PPC & Google Ads Consultant with a strong background in the home care, senior care, or related healthcare industry.

We are seeking a consultant to provide strategic guidance and industry-specific insight on our Google Ads campaigns. The role will focus on campaign analysis, recommendations, and ongoing consultation rather than day-to-day account management.

Areas of Focus

The consultant will provide advice and recommendations regarding:

- Google Ads budgets and budget allocation
- Keyword research and targeting
- Search-term analysis and negative keywords
- Campaign structure
- Geographic targeting
- Ad messaging
- Bidding strategies
- Conversion tracking
- Lead quality and cost per lead
- Landing pages and conversion optimization
- Overall PPC strategy

We are particularly interested in industry-specific insight into effective PPC strategies for home care businesses, including common challenges, opportunities, and considerations when developing and optimizing campaigns.

Who We’re Looking For





- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads/PPC campaigns
- Background working with home care, senior care, healthcare, or similar local service businesses
- Strong understanding of Google Search Ads and lead generation
- Knowledge of keyword research, search-term analysis, and negative keywords
- Ability to review campaigns and provide explicit, actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and analytical skills

Experience with private-pay home care and the Ontario/GTA market would be an asset.
