Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of rental properties, ensuring a high standard of service for our clients. The Cleaner will contribute to creating a welcoming and comfortable home environment for clients through efficient cleaning and organizational tasks.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure surfaces are sanitized and spotless.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.
- Maintain organized work areas and manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes.
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being courteous, respectful, and attentive to client requests.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.




- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Experience with laundry and general household chores is advantageous.
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members efficiently.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
