Dynamic Capital Equipment Finance

Calgary

About the Role

Dynamic Capital is one of Canada's leading equipment finance companies, providing fast, flexible funding solutions to businesses across construction, forestry, energy, manufacturing, and beyond. We're growing, and we're seeking a candidate for the role of Sales Coordinator.

You will work closely with a dedicated Account Manager, supporting their day-to-day activities, as well as being the main liaison between internal team members to ensure new and existing deals flow through the system in the most efficient way possible. You will learn how to submit credit requests to the Credit Team, as well as work with the Documentation Team to provide a complete documentation request package.

If you're organized, people-focused, and looking for a role where your follow-through genuinely matters, Dynamic Capital is the right place to build it. You'll gain hands-on exposure to the full lending cycle across multiple industries and develop the kind of well-rounded commercial finance knowledge that opens doors.

What You'll Do

- Act as the supporting point of contact for Account Managers and clients on credit inquiries, documentation requests, , payment schedules, payouts, ICBC matters, POAs, and relief requests
- Manage the flow of all new and existing deals from initial setup through funding, coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep files moving efficiently
- Work with the Account Managers on new deals to determine outstanding items of a client. This may include gathering key details such as financial statements, equipment information, and other pertinent information related to the deal.
- Send credit applications, outline pending requirements, and enter new deals as Leads into the system with accurate client account, contact, and legal information
- Liaise with Credit Analysts on status updates and review approvals for accuracy before they are presented to the Account Manager or client
- Communicate approval terms to clients, prepare amortization schedules, and outline next steps
- Collect required documentation such as ID, invoices, and void cheques, manage inspection requests, request title evidence, and complete the full deal folder set up before submitting the documentation request
- Submit complete and accurate documentation requests to the assigned documentation specialist, and collaborate on waivers, insurance, inspections, and other final closing requirements

- Organize document signings in person or by email and collect any outstanding requirements from the client
- Support the funding process, following up as needed to ensure all expectations are met
- Take ownership of post-funding tasks for assigned Account Managers, collecting final documents quickly to close out files
- Conduct required searches, delegate to support teams where appropriate, and manage incoming email so attachments and critical information are filed, forwarded, or saved in the system
- Partner with Customer Service and Credit Support to ensure timely resolution of all client requests
- Assist Account Managers with ad-hoc projects as they arise

What We're Looking For

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in business, or relevant experience in a related field
- 2+ years of experience within the equipment finance or automotive industry, primarily in a documentation, funding or credit role.
- Experience working in an office or professional setting

Skills and Competencies

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative and working through changing priorities.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-driven approach.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building strong working relationships and accountability across the team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

What's In It For You

- Real impact from day one - your work directly determines how quickly deals move and how clients experience us
- Career growth, not just a job - clear advancement paths, mentorship from senior leaders, and meaningful professional development
- Broad exposure - you will work across Sales, Credit, Documentation, and Funding and learn the business end to end
- A culture that actually walks the talk - cooperative, entrepreneurial, and supportive
- Competitive compensation and benefits

- Community-driven company - year-round charitable initiatives across Canada
