Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in precision craftsmanship, enjoys solving challenging tooling problems and can work confidently both independently and at customer sites throughout the Windsor/Detroit area. Your expertise will be essential to repairing, maintaining, modifying and optimizing complex moulds, troubleshooting performance issues and supporting successful mould trials.





Position Requirements

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on Mould Making experience.
- Extensive experience working with large injection moulds, including repairs, modifications, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- 431A Mould Maker certification or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong machining, fabrication, fitting, mechanical and blueprint-reading skills.
- TIG welding experience
- Able to travel throughout the Windsor/Detroit area and cross into the U.S. without restrictions.
