Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Finance Lead to manage payroll, basic financial controls, and vendor payments for our restaurant operations. This is a part-time role ideal for someone organized, reliable, and experienced in payroll and financial administration.

Responsibilities

Process weekly and monthly payroll accurately (hours, overtime, deductions).

· Maintain clear and organized payroll and payment records.

· Track income and expenses and ensure all transactions are properly documented.

· Manage vendor payments and verify invoices.

· Support purchasing processes and cost control.

· Prepare basic weekly/monthly financial reports.

· Answer payroll-related questions from staff.

· Ensure compliance with labor and payroll regulations.

Experience

· Experience in payroll and financial administration.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Comfortable working with spreadsheets and payroll systems.





· Organized, proactive, and trustworthy.

· Ability to explain financial information clearly to internal teams.

· Fluent Spanish is required (spoken and written).

· Conversational English is required.
