One of our clients, a leading tree-care company serving Toronto and the GTA, is looking for a hardworking and safety-focused Ground Worker – Arborist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow safe work practices at all times
- Maintain, grease, and fuel chainsaws and chippers daily
- Clean and chip tree debris
- Run ropes and assist with rigging operations
- Safely operate a chainsaw on the ground
- Use basic knots for groundwork
- Use rakes and blowers to maintain a clean job site
- Work professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Participate in company training and development programs

Requirements

- Previous tree-care, landscaping, construction, or outdoor labour experience is an asset
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to commute to the company's head office in Northwest Stouffville
- Physically active and able to lift 50+ lbs
- Outgoing personality with positive communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
