Tresco conducts all design and fabrication work in-house at our Calgary global headquarters, with every project being engineered-to-order based on the end user’s spatial, equipment, and personnel requirements.

Your Role:

Tresco is looking for a motivated mechanically inclined individual who is looking to advance his/her career. After your initial training, you will be asked to help assemble the consoles.

By Day 30, the ideal candidate will be able to conduct the following work without mentorship or supervision:

- Use of hand tools to build and stage product
- Packaging/palletizing/crating finished components for shipment
- Ability to read shop drawings / blueprints.
- Understanding of workplace safety, possessing current WHMIS certification.
- Identify all product types and be able to to integrate them into consoles.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of Tresco’s products and processes.

If you have the skills you may also be asked to help with the following aspects of production:

- Wiring the consoles’ electromechanical lifting mechanisms and control boxes.
- Building custom crates to ensure consoles arrive safely at site.




- Receiving orders of raw precursor materials and preparing finished product for shipment.

Day 365 and Beyond

Once advanced technical abilities and strong desire to learn has been demonstrated for a period of one year, you may be eligible to receive training to run our C.N.C. equipment, learn programming, lead a production group, and/or travel to do installs on client site around the world.
