Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is cooked safely, properly handled, and presented attractively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations throughout your shift
- Assist with food plating, garnishing, and portioning to ensure consistency
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination or spoilage
- Support the team during busy service times by efficiently managing multiple orders




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes

Requirements

- Prior food service or restaurant experience, especially in a fast-paced setting
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food handling safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong understanding of kitchen safety practices and sanitation procedures
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
