Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes across various educational programs to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Conduct regular evaluations of program activities, including classroom observations, participant feedback analysis, and curriculum reviews.
- Collaborate with educators and program staff to identify areas for improvement and facilitate targeted training or coaching sessions.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assessments, action plans, and follow-up activities to track progress over time.
- Support the design and refinement of program standards, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.




- Assist in the preparation of reports that highlight program strengths, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging best practices and innovative approaches among team members.

Skills

- Proven experience in teaching or educational program delivery with a strong understanding of instructional methodologies.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple evaluations and documentation tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting findings clearly.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements.
