Recruiter & Sales Associate

JOBS FOR ALL is looking for a motivated and professional Recruiter & Sales Associate to join our team in Brampton, Ontario.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, enjoy working with people, and be comfortable with both candidate recruitment and client relationship development.

Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for available positions
- Communicate with candidates about job opportunities and requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with job seekers
- Develop and maintain relationships with business clients
- Identify current business opportunities and potential clients
- Promote staffing and recruitment services to prospective clients
- Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate suitable candidates
- Follow up with candidates and clients
- Maintain accurate recruitment and client records
- Support day-to-day recruitment and sales activities
- Work toward recruitment and business development goals

Qualifications





- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, sales, or business development is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Confident and professional communication style
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
