AMAZING Pharmacy Manager Role on the Island | $75–$80/hr + Signing Bonus
Full-Time Permanent | Vancouver Island, BC | Approximately 2 Hours from Victoria

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join a busy, established community pharmacy on Vancouver Island, approximately 2 hours from Victoria, BC.

This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist looking for strong compensation, long-term stability, leadership responsibility and the lifestyle benefits of Vancouver Island. This is a Leadership-focused role with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pharmacy operations and patient care

Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
- Lead, coach and support the pharmacy team
- Ensure safe, accurate and efficient prescription dispensing
- Provide exceptional patient care and professional counselling
- Maintain compliance with all provincial pharmacy regulations and standards
- Manage workflow, staffing and pharmacy priorities
- Support clinical services and patient health initiatives
- Build strong relationships with patients and the local community
- Monitor pharmacy performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Foster a positive, collaborative and patient-focused workplace

Qualifications

- Licensed and in good standing as a Pharmacist in British Columbia
- Previous pharmacy management or leadership experience preferred
- Strong clinical and patient-care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a pharmacy team




- Commitment to patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance
- Community pharmacy experience preferred
