We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our client's hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and preparing guest rooms, suites, public areas, and other resort accommodations while providing friendly and professional service to guests.

Responsibilities

- Clean and prepare guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, kitchens, patios, and balconies according to company standards.
- Make beds, change linens, replace towels, toiletries, amenities, and other guest supplies.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, sanitize, and spot-clean surfaces as required.
- Clean bathrooms, including sinks, mirrors, tubs, showers, toilets, floors, and fixtures.
- Clean kitchen areas, appliances, dishes, glass surfaces, and other in-room equipment.
- Remove garbage, recycling, dirty linens, and room service items and dispose of them appropriately.
- Clean hallways, corridors, and other public areas as assigned.
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards and report issues promptly.
- Update room status and organize daily assignments based on arrivals, departures, and stayovers.
- Respond professionally to guest requests and deliver housekeeping supplies when required.
- Load, unload, organize, and clean housekeeping vans used for off-site or exterior units.
- Maintain, clean, and restock housekeeping carts,



equipment, and supplies at the end of each shift.
- Follow company health, safety, security, hygiene, and guest confidentiality procedures.
- Work cooperatively with housekeeping staff, supervisors, and resort leadership to maintain a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

- Previous housekeeping, hotel, resort, or commercial cleaning experience is an asset.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple room assignments.
- Friendly and professional when interacting with guests and coworkers.
- Able to perform physical cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, pushing carts, and standing for extended periods.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to follow established cleaning, safety, and sanitation procedures.
