Job Summary

Join our energetic healthcare team as a Podiatry Medical Office Assistant. In this role, you will be the friendly face, ensuring smooth daily operations and compassionate patient interactions.

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with appointment scheduling to optimize clinic flow.
- Prepare examination rooms by ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are ready for podiatric consultations.
- Assist with patient care activities such as preparing patients for procedures
- Assist the podiatrist during procedures (dressings, ingrown toenail removals, wound care).
- Handle incoming calls professionally, answer questions about appointments or treatments, and coordinate follow-up visits efficiently using the EMR (computer).
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to infection control standards and clinic policies at all times.
