On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a current opening for a Service Writer for their London location.

*Must be available to start right away*

Working Hours: Monday-Friday Day Shift

Wage: $28.00/hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport.
- Communicate with customers by phone and email.
- Listen carefully to customer descriptions of vehicle issues and communicate the issues to the Service Manager
- Prepare detailed work orders, including inspection paperwork.
- Parts and labor quotes/estimates.




- Generate invoices.
- Handle transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of all service transactions and inspection records.
- Stay informed about company procedures and industry changes

Qualifications:
- Pervious experience in an automotive industry preferred
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) is required
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
- Detail-oriented and strong problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
