Please note: This is a weekend position, with a schedule of Friday through Monday, approximately 12 hours per day.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day field operations and support dispatch activities.
- Coordinate daily routes and assist in scheduling drivers, equipment, and deliveries.
- Ensure daily delivery and service targets are met.
- Monitor driver productivity, attendance, and performance.
- Conduct regular yard and site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Enforce company Health & Safety policies, procedures, and COR standards.
- Assist with onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training of drivers and yard staff.
- Support equipment readiness by reporting defects, arranging maintenance, and following preventive maintenance schedules.
- Assist with inventory counts, yard organization, and material tracking.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and respond to service concerns.




- Complete daily and weekly operational reports.
- Maintain compliance with federal and provincial transportation regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 1–2 years supervisory or team-lead experience (transportation, logistics, construction, or industrial environment preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Basic understanding of transportation operations and dispatch processes
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Excel, email, and reporting)
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (Class 3 considered an asset)

Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: $85,000.00 per year
- Quarterly bonus structure of $10,000 annually
