Duties

- Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep or assembling simple dishes under supervision.
- Support the kitchen team by restocking supplies and ensuring all food handling procedures meet safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and protected work environment by regularly cleaning workstations, floors, and storage areas.
- Help with meal service by clearing tables and assisting servers when needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations.




- Follow all food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination and uphold hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery in a lively restaurant setting.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Basic knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency.
- Willingness to assist with meal preparation, serving support, and other kitchen duties as needed.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and good communication abilities.
- Familiarity with cooking techniques or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
- Must be committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace aligned with food industry standards.
