Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tiler/Renovator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming spaces through expert tile installation and renovation work. Your craftsmanship will help create beautiful, functional environments for our clients, ensuring high-quality finishes and durable results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, hands-on setting, contributing to diverse renovation projects from residential to commercial spaces.

Responsibilities

- Measure, cut, and install tiles with precision on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to project specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate placement and alignment of tiles and fixtures
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives or mortar for optimal tile adhesion
- Perform demolition and removal of existing materials safely before new installations begin
- Use hand tools such as trowels, cutters, levels, and grout floats efficiently to complete tasks efficiently




- Apply caulking around fixtures and joints to ensure waterproofing and a polished finish
- Assist with other renovation tasks including carpentry, drywall repair, or handyman duties as needed

Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools used in tiling and renovation work such as cutters, trowels, levels, and caulking guns
- Construction experience with a focus on flooring installation and tile laying techniques
- Ability to read blueprints accurately for exact project execution
- Strong knowledge of carpentry principles relevant to renovation projects
- Experience with flooring installation including preparation and finishing touches
- Skilled in caulking, sealing joints, and ensuring water-tight finishes
- Previous handyman experience is a plus for versatile project support

Pay: $23.38-$38.22 per hour
