Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise store staff, fostering a positive team environment focused on excellent customer service and sales performance
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including marketing initiatives and promotional activities to boost store revenue
- Manage inventory purchasing, pricing, and merchandising to optimize product presentation and stock levels
- Oversee payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity
- Conduct recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members to enhance their skills and career growth
- Monitor store operations including POS (Point of Sale) systems, cashiering procedures, and store cleanliness to ensure compliance with company standards
- Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors, handle customer inquiries professionally,



and resolve conflicts efficiently

Requirements

- Proven supervising or management experience in retail sales or store management roles
- Strong knowledge of retail operations including merchandising, pricing, POS systems, and inventory control
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to lead teams effectively through coaching and motivation
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and sales management
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in administrative tasks such as bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Robust communication skills including phone etiquette and customer service excellence
