GET AI LABS is looking for a Co-Founding Chief Growth Officer (CGO) who owns the business-facing side of the organization and works closely with the technical and research leadership.

This is not a conventional sales or marketing role. The CGO is responsible for building GET AI LABS’ business presence, strategic partnerships, market visibility, commercial opportunities, and long-term growth.

The role focuses on developing relationships, identifying opportunities, creating partnerships, building revenue channels, and helping translate advanced research and technical capabilities into real-world commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Own business development, growth, and go-to-market activities for GET AI LABS.
- Develop relationships with clients, industry partners, government organizations, academic institutions, research organizations, and strategic partners.
- Build and manage a pipeline of consulting opportunities, AI and research projects, commercialization opportunities, funded research, pilots, and proof-of-concepts.
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and revenue opportunities aligned with GET AI LABS’ capabilities.
- Represent GET AI LABS at industry events, conferences, meetings, and strategic networking opportunities.
- Build awareness and market visibility for GET AI LABS and its research capabilities.
- Translate complex AI, research, and emerging technology capabilities into transparent commercial value propositions.
- Develop partnerships that lead to research collaborations, commercial projects, contracts, pilots,



or technology commercialization.
- Support the development and negotiation of proposals, pricing, partnerships, and commercial agreements.
- Identify government, industry, grant, and research funding opportunities.
- Work directly with the founding and research leadership on growth strategy, market positioning, partnerships, commercialization, and long-term company direction.
- Help establish scalable business development processes as GET AI LABS continues to grow.

We are looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, relationship-driven, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in an early-stage research and technology environment. The ideal candidate has experience in business development, partnerships, growth, commercialization, strategic alliances, consulting, or enterprise sales and is capable of building opportunities from the ground up.

The CGO should be comfortable communicating with executives, founders, researchers, technical teams, government stakeholders, and industry partners. A technical background is not required, but the ability to understand sophisticated technologies and communicate their business value is essential.

This is a co-founding leadership position with meaningful involvement in the growth, partnerships, commercialization, positioning, and commercial direction of GET AI LABS.
