Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) for an exciting contract opportunity. The successful candidate will support the pharmacy team with prescription processing, medication preparation, inventory management, and other pharmacy-related duties.

This is a great prospect for an RPhT looking for a short-term assignment with the potential for an extension.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately process and prepare prescriptions under the direction of the pharmacist
Perform prescription data entry and technical checks as required
Prepare, package, and label medications
Assist with medication dispensing and inventory management
Maintain accurate patient and medication records
Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, and other healthcare professionals
Ensure pharmacy procedures and regulatory requirements are followed
Maintain a clean, organized,



and efficient work environment
Provide support with day-to-day pharmacy operations
Qualifications
Registered and in good standing as a Pharmacy Technician with the applicable provincial regulatory body
Previous pharmacy experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused

Potential extension: Available depending on the pharmacy's needs
