What you'll do
- Assess clients' functional abilities, daily living needs and home environments
- Develop and deliver individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Recommend equipment, home modifications and strategies that support safety and independence
- Collaborate with clients, families and the wider care team
- Keep accurate, timely clinical documentation in line with program standards
Requirements
- Current registration in positive standing
