As a Night Dispatcher you will provide premium customer service and efficiently review assets to complete or correct driver dispatch plans while maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Driver Activities: Schedule, and Assign truck drivers to endsure overnight freight movement and on-time deliveries.
- Process and Transmit Dispatch: Send details of loads, and instructions to drivers.
- Route Assistance: Offer support to drivers with customer addresses and locations.
- Monitor Driver Compliance: Track vehicle locations, HOS, update customers of arrival times.
- Resolve Issues: handle equipment breakdowns by arranging roadside repairs , customer delivery concerns.
- Communication: Maintain contain with driver's and customers to meet their needs. Answer calls from drivers and customers regarding loads.
- Shift Reporting: Compile overnight notes of incidents, repairs or HOS issues to update the incoming day shift.

Requirements:

- Skills: Good computer skills, multitasking,



and clean communication
- Knowledge: Familiarity with HOS, tracking and dispatch programs such as Truck Mate.--preferred but not required.
- Shift Demands: Ability to stay awake, alert and work independently during overnight hours.
