Job Title: Senior Mechanic
Location: Lloydminster, Alberta/Saskatchewan, Canada
Pay Rate: CAD $49– CAD $55/hr. on T4 Without perks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM; OT on weekends/holidays as required

- Experience: 5+ years in oilfield, heavy-duty, or industrial mechanical maintenance
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on oilfield/heavy-duty equipment.
- Strong experience with diesel engines, hydraulic systems, pumps, generators, and fluid-handling equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate CMMS/TLM records, including work orders, parts, labor, and equipment history.
- Provide technical leadership, coaching, and support to mechanics and apprentices.
- Support field breakdowns, emergency repairs, equipment reliability,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
- Welding/fabrication and computerized diagnostics experience preferred.
- Journeyman Heavy Duty/Automotive or Red Seal certification preferred.
- Required certifications: Class 5 Driver’s License, H2S Alive, First Aid/CPR, WHMIS, and CSTS or equivalent.
- Must follow all safety, regulatory, and company maintenance standards.
- Comfortable with shop/field work, local travel, on-call support, and extended hours when required.

Pay: $49.00-$55.00 per hour
