Our beautiful office in Victoria, BC is looking for an organized and friendly Dental Receptionist on a full-time basis.

The ideal Dental Receptionist for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

SCHEDULE:

- 32-40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday (no evenings or weekends)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Experience is required as a Dental Administrator is an asset
- Completion of a Dental Administration Program/Certificate is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
