Crystal Clean Cleaning Co. is growing, and I’m looking for a pretty special human to step into a unique role within our company.

This is not simply an administrative position, and it’s not simply a cleaning position.

I’m looking for someone who can learn to see the business as a whole — someone who naturally thinks ahead, notices what needs attention, solves problems independently, communicates exceptionally well, and can confidently step in and keep things moving when I’m unavailable.

Think Operations Lead meets House Manager meets Personal/Executive Assistant, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team whenever needed.

The Role

Your week will be a blend of operations, scheduling, client communication, team support, quality control and hands-on cleaning.

Depending on the needs of the business, you may be:

- Managing and adjusting daily and weekly schedules
- Communicating with clients by phone, text and email
- Responding to changes, cancellations and unexpected situations
- Supporting team members throughout their workday
- Coordinating and providing coverage when a team member is sick or unavailable
- Stepping directly into residential or commercial cleaning shifts as needed — daytime, evening or weekend
- Completing residential and commercial cleaning to fill up your regular schedule
- Conducting quality-control audits in both residential homes and commercial spaces
- Identifying problems and implementing solutions without needing constant direction
- Helping maintain our standards, systems and client experience
- Assisting me with administrative and personal-assistant-type tasks
- Taking ownership of operations when I am completely unavailable

A key part of this role is being someone the business can reliably fall back on when the unexpected happens. If a shift suddenly needs coverage,



this person has the flexibility and willingness to step in and ensure our commitment to the client is fulfilled.

Because of this, the role requires some schedule flexibility. You will need to be available for at least one weekend per month, with the understanding that occasional daytime, evening or weekend coverage will be part of the position.

Who I’m Looking For

I’m looking for someone who is genuinely self-driven.

You don't need to wait to be told what to do. You notice things. You ask good questions. You think critically. When something changes, your first instinct is to figure out what can be done, through a heart centred/customer experience lens.

You can zoom out and see the bigger picture while still caring about the tiny details that make a client or employee feel taken care of.

You are warm and personable, but you can also lead.

You communicate directly and respectfully and are comfortable navigating difficult conversations using healthy, non-violent communication.

You are emotionally grounded, dependable and accountable. When you make a mistake, you own it, communicate about it and help find the solution.

And importantly — you genuinely enjoy seeing other people succeed.

I want someone who can be a hype person for our team: celebrating wins, encouraging growth, reinforcing our standards and helping create an environment where people feel supported while also being held accountable.

Experience That Would Make You a Strong Fit

Ideally, you bring a combination of:

- Business or operations experience
- Exceptional customer-service experience
- Skilled residential and/or commercial cleaning experience




- Scheduling or administrative experience
- Leadership or team-management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence with technology and learning new systems
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Experience as a house manager, operations coordinator, executive/personal assistant, hospitality manager, cleaning supervisor or service-business manager would translate particularly well into this position.

There may not be a perfect job title for this role because it touches many areas of the business.
