General Labourer – Temporary & Contract Positions

StafinGo Inc. is currently hiring General Labourers for temporary and contract opportunities across the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM).

We work with a variety of clients in the construction, demolition, renovation, and general labour industries, and we are looking for reliable individuals who are available for current and upcoming assignments.

What You'll Do

Depending on the assignment, general labour duties may include:

- Assisting with construction, demolition, and renovation projects
- Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing materials
- Cleaning and maintaining job sites
- Removing debris, waste, and construction materials
- Assisting skilled trades and site crews as required
- Using basic hand tools and equipment
- Setting up and preparing work areas
- Following directions from supervisors and site leads
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Performing other general labour duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

- Previous construction, demolition, renovation, or general labour experience is an asset
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, standing, bending, and working for extended periods
- Comfortable working in different environments and job sites
- Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team




- Positive communication and a professional attitude
- Safety-focused and dependable
- Ability to travel to different job sites within HRM is an asset

Experience is not always required — depending on the assignment, we may have opportunities for individuals who are motivated to learn and gain hands-on experience.

Work Locations
