WHAT WE OFFER

Weekday Schedule: Monday through Friday day shifts — no nights, no weekends, no major holidays!

Competitive Pay: Start at $19.10/hour and earn $20.60/hour upon successful completion of your probationary period. Gross $750–$900+ weekly with tips!

Monthly raises through our Employee of the Month program. Every month you can earn a $0.25/hour raise - and it stays with you. Meet the standard for reliable attendance, no process or customer concerns, and our speed target, and your rate goes up again. There is no cap on how far you can go. Members of our team are already earning over $24/hour this way.

Benefits: Paid travel time between homes, paid mileage, paid holidays, paid vacation, and bonuses from day one. Health, dental, life insurance and vision care added upon successful completion of your probationary period.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Must have a valid driver's licence and a vehicle available every day (G licence required to drive a company vehicle)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must be able to pass a background check
- A great attitude, a team-player mindset, and pride in your work
- A willingness to learn — everybody can clean, but not everyone cleans like we do!
- If you love staying active and hate sitting at a desk, this is the job for you! This is a physically rewarding role with light lifting under 15 lbs
