We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations at our client's manufacturing facility close to Chatham-Kent, ON region.

Shift - Day

Pay - $80k - $90k

Responsibilities:

- Review equipment performance, downtime records, and shift reports to identify issues and coordinate repairs.

- Support skilled trades and Production teams to maintain equipment reliability and uptime.

- Create work orders and assist with maintenance scheduling, parts sourcing, and follow-up.

- Assist with troubleshooting equipment and machine issues.

- Coordinate safety-related work orders and follow up on corrective actions.

- Support shutdown planning, preventive maintenance, and maintenance scheduling.

- Coordinate vendors for building repairs, waste removal, yard maintenance, and other facility services.

- Participate in weekly Maintenance and Production meetings,



as well as 5S and Lean activities.

- Assist with annual maintenance budgeting and capital project planning.

- Monitor maintenance inventory and coordinate stock reordering.

- Act as backup administrator for the equipment PM/CMMS system.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- Technical post-secondary diploma or degree.

- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a maintenance coordination role.

- Experience coordinating work with skilled trades.

- Experience using a CMMS or maintenance management system.

- Robust organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks.
