Job Description:
- Answer phone efficiently and quickly with clear professionalism
- Provide studio tours to current clients and sell memberships
- Data entry - upload contracts, book and confirm appointments, log and check in members
- Coordinate scheduling appointments with trainers
- Make protein shakes, espressos, and manage retail sales
- General cleaning of the facility (gym floor/change rooms/etc.)
- Shifts are typically 4 to 6 hours in length and include evenings and weekends
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Must be VERY OUTGOING
- Must demonstrate professional etiquette and have the ability to speak with clients through various forms of communication (phone, email, etc.)
- Must be punctual and be able to multitask
- Up to date CPR/First Aid with AED
- Record Check
