We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and versatile Handyperson / Driver to support our day-to-day business operations. This position will involve a combination of driving, deliveries, general maintenance, building upkeep, material handling, and assisting technicians and other staff as required.

The successful candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, organized, and comfortable working independently while also being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Driving & Deliveries

- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly.
- Pick up and deliver materials, tools, equipment, parts, and supplies as required.
- Transport materials and equipment to job sites and company locations.
- Load and unload vehicles safely.
- Ensure vehicles are kept clean, organized, and in positive condition.
- Complete vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
- Assist with parts and material pickups from suppliers.

General Handyperson Duties

- Perform general building and property maintenance.
- Complete minor repairs and maintenance as required.
- Assist with painting, patching, shelving, assembly, and other general repairs.
- Maintain shop, warehouse, office, yard, and storage areas.
- Move, organize, and dispose of materials and equipment.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance such as snow removal, yard maintenance, and general outdoor upkeep.
- Help keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.

Operational Support

- Assist plumbing/HVAC technicians and other employees with materials, equipment, and job-site needs.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials.
- Pick up or return tools and equipment as required.
- Assist with moving inventory and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Complete other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.




- Previous experience in general maintenance, construction, trades, delivery, or a similar role is an asset.
- Good basic mechanical and hand-tool skills.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Professional and respectful attitude when representing the company.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and work in various physical positions.
- Ability to safely operate company vehicles and equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
