Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist with product merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and fully stocked
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Operate the cash register (POS system), handle cash transactions accurately, and process payments efficiently
- Support upselling efforts by recommending additional products or services to meet customer needs
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and ensure products are properly labeled and accessible
- Manage inventory levels, perform stock checks,



and assist with receiving deliveries as needed

Skills

- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features
- Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette for customer interactions
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS operations, and transaction accuracy
- Demonstrated organizational skills for merchandising, stock management, and time management
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and proactive approach to assisting shoppers
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, cashiering procedures, and upselling techniques

Pay: $18.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
