Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Quality Assurance tech and Job Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards through rigorous inspection and analysis. Plan and schedule daily project tasks, manage workflows, and align activities with team goals. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to quality management processes, uphold manufacturing excellence, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Keep detailed records of testing results, inspection plans, and non-conformance reports.

Responsibilities

- Create final documentations of completed jobs.
- final inspection of projects.
- assist Quality inspection when needed (training will be provided)
- Collect, record, and analyze inspection data accurately to support quality assurance documentation and reporting.
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems, QA/QC procedures, and industry standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions when necessary.




- Maintain detailed records of inspection results and non-conformance reports for traceability and continuous improvement efforts.
- Assist in developing and updating inspection procedures and quality documentation
- Support audits and participate in root cause analysis for recurring quality issues.

Requirements

- Proven experience in quality management, quality control, or quality inspection within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of QA/QC principles, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other inspection instruments.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to inspection tasks.
- Good communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting.
- Prior experience with data collection systems or software is preferred.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
