I am currently working on an exciting Operations Officer II contract opportunity with the leading Bank in Toronto, ON, and your background caught my attention.

This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to further develop their banking operations, administrative, and analytical skills within one of Canada's leading financial institutions.

Position Details

- Title: Operations Officer II
- Location: 100% Onsite – 77 Bloor Street West, Toronto, ON
- Duration: November 2, 2026 to April 1, 2027
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: Up to $25.40/hour + 4% vacation pay
- Extension & Conversion: Possible based on performance and business needs

What You'll Be Doing

- Reviewing and processing RRIF (Registered Retirement Income Fund) withdrawal requests
- Validating documentation and information for CRA compliance
- Processing transactions in a high-volume, compliance-focused environment
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure operational accuracy
- Supporting service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining quality standards





What We're Looking For

✅ 1-2 years of banking or financial services experience
✅ Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
✅ Strong administrative and organizational abilities
✅ Quick learner with excellent attention to detail
✅ Adaptable, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Excel Macros
- VLOOKUPs
- Pivot Tables
- Power Query experience

Experience:

- Banking or Financial : 1 year (preferred)
- Advance excel experience(Macros, lookups, Pivot Tables) : 2 years (preferred)
