Overview
We are seeking an experienced Order Picker to join our yard operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the distribution process, ensuring that orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This position requires high proficiency with an RF Scanner, the ability to operate heavy equipment, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties

- Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Utilize warehouse management systems such as RF Scanner to track inventory and manage order fulfillment.
- Operate moving equipment including forklifts and clamp trucks to load and unload products.
- Perform heavy lifting as required, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed during the handling of goods.
- Maintain organization within the yard by ensuring that products are stored in designated locations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and maintain productivity levels.
- Build and prepare pallets for shipment,



ensuring proper stacking and securing of products.

Qualifications

- Previous experience picking orders in yard operations is required.
- Proficiency operating RF Scanner is required.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as Hyster 90 is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
