Job Description:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Brazer/Assembler will support the production and assembly of refrigeration products in our manufacturing facility. This role includes brazing, assembly line work, quality inspections, and testing to ensure products meet company quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and braze metals of various lengths, shapes, and sizes according to specifications.
- Inspect, measure, and test brazed parts to ensure they meet quality and design standards.
- Interpret specifications to select and apply the correct brazing processes.
- Adjust brazing technique based on materials and brazing requirements.




- Perform routine maintenance on brazing line equipment and troubleshoot any operational issues.
- Perform key quality tasks/tests along the brazing/charging production line.
- Conduct visual inspections to identify defects and ensure quality assurance.
- Test finished products to verify performance and assist with packaging products along the assembly line.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while adhering to safety guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years brazing experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while performing repetitive tasks.
- Attention to detail to follow directions thoroughly.
- Able to work from verbal and/or written instructions with minimal supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to contributing to a positive team environment.
