We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Procurement Representative to join our team. We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Procurement/ Purchasing Representative to join our team in introducing our electronics refurbishment, system refresh, and recycling services. This individual will play a key role in reaching out to clients via calls and emails, establishing trust in our certified processes, and expanding our client base through direct procurement and digital initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential clients to inquire about electronic devices (computers, tablets, phones, etc.) for refurbishment, system refresh, or recycling.
- Prospecting through emails and SM and sending follow-ups using provided contact lists.
- Close deals, negotiate terms, and follow up to ensure contract conditions are met.




- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
- Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for support and services.
- Support and monitor contract execution to ensure service levels and agreements are upheld.
- Execute social media strategies to attract current clients and generate leads, helping to build new market segments.
- Report on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- At least 1 year experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Business Development
- Post-secondary and/or equivalent experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, strategic thinking skills, organization and time management skills.
- Driven to create objective and targets and achieve results.
- Ability to quickly solve problems and make informed and well-thought-out decisions.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Certification/ Experience in IT asset management/ disposition (e.g., Certified IT Asset Manager) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
