Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that match their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding
- Upsell complementary items and promote special offers to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked attractively
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product merchandising, and stock counts




- Utilize communication skills to engage with multilingual customers and ensure a welcoming shopping experience

Requirements

- Previous retail sales experience or familiarity with technology sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, pricing, and transaction processing
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies
- Excellent organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with electronics or gadgets is advantageous but not mandatory

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25.0 per week
