Responsibilities include:

Ø Daily output for cold side

Ø Daily mise en plus and organization in both fridges and freezers

Ø Receiving and organizing food orders in fridges/freezers

Ø Creation of mise en plus lists

Ø Timing/Time Management

Applicants must:

Ø Excellent organization skills

Ø Food safety certification





Ø Complete a basic criminal record check when hired

Ø Hands on leadership style

Ø Ability to interact with a diverse workforce

Ø Patience/tolerance for people

Ø Work with a sense of urgency

Ø Provide at least two employment references

Ø Remain calm under pressure
