Our client, a well-established company in Port Colborne, is seeking a hands-on Shipper & Receiver to join their warehouse team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is safety conscious, detail oriented, and comfortable working independently.

This is primarily a warehouse-based position supporting the movement of parts, materials, tools, paints, chemicals, and supplies required for ongoing operations. The successful candidate will work as part of a small team and play a key role in receiving, inventory control, order preparation, and outbound shipments.

What You'll Do

- Operate a propane sit-down counterbalance forklift with an approximate lifting capacity of 3 tons
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Pick, prepare, package, and stage outbound orders
- Use an overhead crane and shrink wrapper (training provided)
- Move materials throughout the warehouse and outdoor yard areas
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock locations
- Build skids and prepare freight for shipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all health and safety procedures, including dangerous goods handling protocols

- Shrink wrapping equipment

What We're Looking For





- Previous shipping & receiving or warehouse experience
- Forklift experience operating a sit-down counterbalance forklift
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Port Colborne
