Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and dedicated Cleaning Staff to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across our facilities. In this vital role, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning and sanitation tasks to ensure our spaces meet high standards of hygiene and appearance. Responsibilities

- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across various areas of the facility
- Ensure restrooms, kitchens, and common areas are sanitized and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures according to established standards
- Assist with deep cleaning projects such as carpet cleaning, window washing, and floor polishing as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution




- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a hygienic environment
- Support facilities maintenance activities by assisting with minor repairs or setup tasks when required

Skills

- Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work, preferably in commercial or large-scale facilities
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting moderate loads, and bending or kneeling comfortably
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and report issues clearly
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety
- Basic understanding of facilities maintenance practices is a plus
