- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner.
- Understand and explain mobile phone devices, features, and accessories.
- Recommend suitable wireless plans (e.g., prepaid, postpaid, data plans, family plans) based on customer needs.
- Stay up to date on promotions, pricing, and product knowledge.
- Process transactions using POS systems, including activations, upgrades, and bill payments.
- Troubleshoot basic customer service and technical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.




- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a positive attitude.
- Perform inventory checks, stock replenishment, and display updates as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent. College education is a plus
- Proven experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technology and products.
- Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be located in commutable distance to London, Ontario, Canada

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
