Position Details

Shifts: Days or Nights – 12-hour shifts

Wage: $23.13/hour

Additional: Shift premiums available for nights and weekends

Job Description

The Machine Operator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a manufacturing environment, including:

Operating manufacturing equipment and machinery

-

Using hand tools as required

-

Lifting and moving materials

-

Loading, unloading, and handling materials

-

Performing general cleanup and maintaining a clean work area

-

Following all safety protocols and procedures

-

Following instructions from supervisors and team leads

-

Performing other duties as assigned

-





Lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs

Requirements

-

Ability to work in hot manufacturing conditions

-

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

-

Robust attention to detail and reliability

-

Manufacturing or factory experience is considered an asset

-

Ability to work shifts and overtime when required

-

OSSD or equivalent education

-

Must have CSA-approved safety boots and safety glasses

-

Strong commitment to workplace safety
