Duties

- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the premises and identify potential security threats.
- Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure authorized entry.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter theft, vandalism, or other unlawful activities.
- Respond promptly to alarms or suspicious activity, coordinating with emergency responders when necessary.
- Perform loss prevention measures by observing for theft or unauthorized removal of property.
- Maintain detailed logs of security incidents, shift activities, and surveillance observations for reporting purposes.




- Enforce safety policies and procedures consistently to uphold a secure environment for all occupants.

Requirements

- Proven experience in law enforcement, security services, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and familiarity with CCTV systems.
- Ability to perform physical patrols that require standing, walking, and occasional lifting over extended periods.
- Excellent observational skills with an eye for detail and suspicious behavior detection.
- Effective communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and emergency personnel.
- Certification in security operations or relevant training preferred; willingness to obtain necessary licenses where applicable.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all duties.

Pay: $15.35-$15.70 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
